missions and inter-cultural studies at Baptist Bible College for 4 ½ years before
pastoring the West Division Street Baptist Church in Springfield, MO for 6 ½
years. The Bells returned to Texas in 2014 in order to help churches reach the
Hispanic community and start ministries and churches. In 2017 the Bells worked
with Canyon Creek Baptist Church of Richardson, TX, and later, Warehouse
Church of Plano, TX to lead their Spanish-speaking ministry. In April of 2020
they worked with the Spanish-speaking ministry leaders to launch out and begin a
new church called Iglesia Bautista Pasos de Fe.
“As Big Springs Baptist Church invited Pasos de Fe to share their facilities
the Lord opened up a unique opportunity for me to pastor both Big Springs and
Pasos de Fe. What I have learned is that which seems to be impossible or extra-
ordinary become both manageable and successful through the power of the Holy
Spirit and through the work and generosity of God’s people.”
